Deposit Records

The Deposit Records module is used to view all cryptocurrency deposit transactions received through the Payin gateway.

Page Overview

Summary Cards

The top of the page displays key metrics for the current wallet/project: Regular admin view:

Metric	Description
Balance	Current total account balance (available + frozen)
Settleable Balance	Current balance available for settlement and transfer
Today’s Deposit Amount	Total deposit amount from UTC+0 00:00 to now
Today’s Deposit Count	Total number of deposits from UTC+0 00:00 to now

Super Admin view (additional metrics):

Metric	Description
Total Deposit Amount	Total historical deposit amount across all merchants
Total Service Fee	Total historical service fee across all merchants
Total Merchant Balance	Sum of all merchant balances
Pending Withdrawal Amount	Total amount of all merchants’ funds in withdrawal (frozen)
Available Withdrawal Amount	Total balance available for withdrawal across all merchants

Deposit Records Table

Field	Description
Deposit Address	The target on-chain address for the deposit (copyable, links to block explorer)
Hash	On-chain transaction hash (copyable, linkable)
Transaction ID	Unique internal transaction identifier (copyable)
Deposit Network	The blockchain network used for the deposit
Project	Project/wallet name (visible to Super Admin)
Deposit Amount	Original deposit amount
Service Fee	Fee charged by the system
Exchange Rate	Exchange rate at the time of the deposit
Deposit Token	Token used for the deposit
Actual Received (NUSD)	NUSD amount actually received after deducting the fee
Deposit Time	Time the transaction was created
Status	Current status of the transaction

Token	Dropdown	USDT / USDC / NUSD / All tokens
Network	Dropdown	Ethereum / Tron / Arbitrum / Polygon / BSC / Base
Transaction Status	Dropdown	Pending Confirmation / Approved / Cancelled / Rejected / Completed / Transaction Cancelled
Time	Date Range	Select start/end dates to filter
Wallet	Dropdown	Super Admin can filter by wallet

Status Description

Status Value	Display Name	Color	Meaning
1	Pending Confirmation	Gray	Transaction detected, awaiting on-chain confirmation
2	Approved	Blue	On-chain confirmed, approved
3	Cancelled	Orange	Transaction cancelled
4	Rejected	Red	Review not passed
5	Completed	Green	Transaction completed, amount credited
6	Transaction Failed	Red	On-chain transaction failed

Operation Guide

View transaction details

Find the target transaction in the table; click the address or hash field to copy, or click the link icon next to it to navigate to the block explorer.

Filter by conditions

Use the filter conditions at the top of the page to narrow the query scope. Multiple conditions can be combined.

Switch wallet/project

Super Admins can use the “Wallet” filter to view a specific project; non Super Admin users switch projects via the top navigation bar.

The statistics for “Today’s Deposit Amount” and “Today’s Deposit Count” start at 00:00 UTC+0. Please note timezone differences.
