The Admin List module manages user accounts for the admin console. You can add new administrators, assign roles and project permissions, and enable or disable accounts.

How-to guide

Add an administrator

Click the Add button

Click the Add button in the top-right corner of the page.

Enter the email

Enter the login email for the new admin.

Select authorized projects

Choose the projects the admin can access from the multi-select dropdown.

Select a role

Assign a role based on business needs. Note:
  • Payin admins can only add Payin-side roles (2, 3)
  • Payout admins can only add Payout-side roles (4, 5)
  • Super admins can add any role

Confirm and submit

Click Confirm to finish adding. The new admin will receive an email notification.

Edit an administrator

Click the Edit button

Find the target admin and click Edit in the Actions column.

Modify information

You can change authorized projects, role, and status. Email cannot be modified.

Save

Click Confirm to save changes.
The Edit button is disabled in the following cases:
  • You cannot edit your own account
  • Payin admins cannot edit Payout-side admins (and vice versa)
  • Non-super admins cannot edit super admin accounts

Notes

After an admin account is disabled, the user will no longer be able to log in to the console. Please confirm before proceeding.
Do not assign super admin permissions casually. Super admins can view all project data and perform high-sensitivity actions such as approving settlements and adjustments.
Emails are masked in the list (e.g. q0w*** @outlook.com) and are also masked in the edit dialog. This protects team members’ privacy.
