Welcome to the NUSD admin console operations manual. This manual is for the platform operations team and explains how to use each functional module of the console in detail.

Logging in

1

Open the login page

Visit the admin console URL in your browser to reach the login page.
2

Use the email account assigned by your admin to log in. The first login requires completing registration via an email verification code.
3

The left-side menu is organized into the following sections by function:

Role system

The console uses role-based access control (RBAC) with 5 roles:
Role IDRole nameScope
1Super adminPlatform-wide management; can access all features and project data
2Admin (Payin)Manages Payin (acquiring) business; can initiate settlements and manage bank accounts
3Operator (Payin)Operations on the Payin side; view permissions plus ticket actions
4Admin (Payout)Manages Payout (disbursement) business; can initiate payments and transfers
5Operator (Payout)Operations on the Payout side; view permissions plus ticket actions
Follow the principle of least privilege when assigning roles. Day-to-day staff should use the role matching their business line, and avoid misuse of super admin privileges.

Switching projects

After a non-super-admin user logs in, the current project is shown at the top of the page (or in the nav bar). Switching projects automatically refreshes the page data with that project’s data. By default, super admins see aggregated data across all projects, and can also use filters to view a single project.

Common interactions

  • Tables: Most pages display data in tables, with pagination, filtering, and sorting.
  • Filters: The search bar above tables supports filtering by criteria; click Query to execute.
  • Copy: Click address, hash, and similar fields to copy them to the clipboard with one click.
  • External links: Link icons next to addresses and hashes open the blockchain explorer for details.
  • Time: The system uses the UTC+0 timezone by default for recording times.
Use your browser’s “Open in new tab” feature to view multiple module pages side by side for comparison.

Documentation navigation

Refer to the detailed operations manual of each module as needed. Each document includes page overview, operation steps, field meanings, and notes.
