Notes

CEX withdrawal records are read-only data, used for auditing and tracking fund outflows from CEXs. To initiate a withdrawal, do so via the CEX platform itself.
Used in combination with the Reconciliation module, you can verify that CEX withdrawal amounts match on-chain receipts.
